Using a Graphics Tablet

Using this type of tablet ,teachers can place a word-processed or graphics document on a computer screen. With a digitizer, they can add their own comments to these images and mark them up as they are displayed on the computer screen.

Using Scanners

A flat-bed scanner makes a digital duplicate of whatever is placed facedown on the bed. Once scanned the teacher can save it to the computer for eventual print out.

Using Digital Cameras

Digital cameras allow you to preview photos as you take them, let you directly manipulate the photos with computer software.Digital cameras are equipped with small LCD screens on the back that let you preview pictures you have taken before saving them or preview pictures you have already taken and saved. Teachers can digitally capture a group picture of their class for use in the school newletter.

Using Electronic Whiteboards

Whiteboards allow teachers to write on a whiteboard, and just before erasing the information , print it out or save it to a computer file. As teachers write on elctronic whiteboards , a built-in scanner records the drawings or text in the colors you are using. The recorded digital image is then displayed on a monitor. Furthermore, the recorded image can be saved ,edited, or printed out.

Using Wireless Devices

For teachers, wireless devices have the potential to solve several challenges. Teachers can access online resources or their stored instructional files from anywhere, whether or not they are in or out of the classroom. A WiFi enabled campus allows individuals to access the local network and the Internet while moving anywhere in the area.
